Bill Bauman, AICP, who sought to assist the rapidly growing telecommunications industry in both zoning approvals and building permits, founded Bauman Consultants in 1998.  Bauman Consultants has over the past nine years plus assisted clients in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston — as well as assisted zoning and permitting needs in the surrounding states of Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Dave Green teamed up with Bill in 2006 after retiring from municipal zoning and permitting following a career spanning 30+ years in government.  As a past planning director in cities across Texas and Oklahoma, Dave's talents include effective presentation skills and a complete understanding of how to effectively address municipal concerns, while saving the client time and budget.
